STEP’N GROOVE
This class is geared towards advanced participants with step experience. It has challenging choreography with funky dance moves to keep the participants motivated throughout the entire class.
INTERVAL STEP This class alternates step patterns interspersed with weight training exercises for a complete total body workout.

CARDIO POWER You will love the challenge of this fast paced, high intensity cardio class. The class takes on a different format each week for lots of variety and fun. Participants are able to work at their own pace and it is suitable for all fitness levels.

CARDIO SCULPT This hi/low impact class will challenge you with some fancy footwork and arm combinations. Muscle conditioning exercises are also incorporated at the end of the cardio full a total body workout. It is suitable for all fitness levels.

PRO BOXING CIRCUIT An intense workout of skipping, heavy bags, weighted jabbing and other boxing drills led by our in-house boxing expert.

LOWER BODY BLAST This intense lower body sculpting class targets everything from the waist down. Sculpt your way to beautiful lower body.

ATHLETIC TRAINING This class includes both cardio & muscle conditioning in an interval setting. Athletic drills are performed focusing on speed, strength & power.

BODY PUMP & POWER ABS This weight training class uses low weights and high reps and it’s designed to completely fatigue the muscles for maximum tone & definition. The class ends with an intense 15 minute abdominal segment.

TOTAL BODYSCULPT This is a weight training class. The entire body is worked with a variety of hand weights, bands, tubing, body bars and stability balls. Proper technique and form is emphasized in the class to ensure safety and body awareness. It’s like having your own personal trainer!

ULTIMATE ABS Are you tired of the same old abdominal routine? Ultimate abs will challenge you with innovative abdominal and back exercises (core). The class will always finish with a relaxing stretch for the entire body.

6-PACK ABS This class leaves no abdominal muscle untouched. Push yourself to the limit! Stability balls, dumbbells, steps, resistance tubing and mats are all incorporated into this challenging abdominal workout.
POWER ABS Power Abs is a shorter, condensed version of Ultimate Abs.

YOGA Yoga brings together a variety of yoga traditions, which emphasize attention to physical detail, mental focus, mindfulness and meditation. Basic yoga poses strengthen and tone the physical body while breathing and relaxation practices encourage peace of mind and inner balance.

PILATES This class focuses on using the muscles of the core and the breath to lengthen and strengthen the muscles. Good for all participants.

MEDITATION Reduce your stress, calm your mind and revitalize your spirit. Meditation is great for all fitness levels.

SPINNING Instructor led, indoor cycling is an exciting sport-based workout that challenges you for both endurance and speed with simulated racing techniques, hills, valleys and all kinds of obstacles to overcome. Spinning is suitable for all fitness levels.

CLASS ETIQUETTE

  • Entering a class in progress is not recommended. If you are late, check with the instructor to see if you can join in. Do not enter a class before the current class is finished.
  • Appropriate footwear and exercise attire must be worn in the classroom at all times.
  • Please set up and put away your equipment before and after each class.
  • It is recommended that you bring a towel and water bottle.
  • Classes are a GROUP ACTIVITY. We request that you follow the instructor’s routine. Intensity levels can be modified but “doing your own thing” can be disruptive to the class.
  • In consideration for other members, no cell phones in the studio and we request that pagers are on silent mode.
Be considerate of other Member’s exercise space. Please do not crowd a Member who has entered a class before you. If you have any questions, suggestions or comments regarding the group fitness schedule, please contact Darylyn Johnston, Group Fitness Coordinator.
