BOXERCISE An intense workout of punching, kicking, running and other boxing training technics lead by our professional boxer. Beginers welcome.
PRO-BOXING An intense workout of skipping, heavy bags, shadow boxing, weighted jabbing and other boxing drills led by our professional boxer using the sweet science of boxing technique. Everyone is welcome to attend.
DANCE FIT All the components of a regular fitness class with dance moves and combinations for a cardio portion. You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t realize your working out.
INTENSE CONDITIONING & POWER ABS Are you tired of the same old abdominal routine? Intense conditioning abs and power abs, are classes of different lengths that will challenge you with innovative abdominal and back exercises (core). These classes are results-oriented, challenging and for everyone.
TOTAL BODY BLAST Sculpt your way to a firmer body. You will train your abs, legs and glutes for a complete BODY BLAST!
PILATES This class focuses on using the muscles of the core and the breath to lengthen and strengthen the muscles. Good for all participants.
SPINNING Instructor led, indoor cycling is an exciting sport-based workout that challenges you for both endurance and speed with simulated racing techniques, hills, valleys and all kinds of obstacles to overcome. Spinning is suitable for all fitness levels and a great calorie burner!
STEP INTERVAL & STEP’N GROOVE This class is geared towards participants with step experience. It has challenging
choreography with funky dance moves to keep participants motivated throughout the entire class. Start with Step Interval and work up to this class, or just join in – all the moves are called out so that you can learn them & catch on quickly. This class is a great cardio workout!
TOTAL BODYSCULPT This is a weight training class. The entire body is worked with a variety of hand weights, bands, tubing, body bars and stability balls. Proper technique and form is emphasized to ensure safety and body awareness. It’s like personal training in a group setting!
YOGA Our yoga classes bring together a variety of yoga traditions, which emphasize attention to form, mental focus, mindfulness and meditation. Basic yoga poses strengthen and tone the physical body while breathing and relaxation practices encourage peace of mind and inner balance. Start with the beginner class and work up to the intermediate/advanced class.
ZUMBA DANCE This class consists of Zumba (latin dance cardio) + basic dance training (variety between latin & ballroom) with a small cool down/stretch at the end. If you like dancing, you will love this Zumba.
CLASS ETIQUETTE
- Entering a class in progress is not recommended. If you are late, check with the
instructor to see if you can join in. Do not enter a class before the current class is finished.
- Appropriate footwear and exercise attire must be worn in the classroom at all times.
- Please set up and put away your equipment before and after each class.
- It is recommended that you bring a towel and water bottle.
- Classes are a GROUP ACTIVITY. We request that you follow the instructor’s routine.
Intensity levels can be modified but “doing your own thing” can be disruptive to the class.
- In consideration for other members, no cell phones in the studio and we request that pagers are on silent mode.
Be considerate of other Member’s exercise space. Please do not crowd a Member who has
entered a class before you.
